  • Workshops & Seminars: 80% refund if canceled at least 7 days before the event. No refunds for
    last-minute cancellations.
  • Consultations & Coaching Sessions: Rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice. No refunds for
    no-shows.
  • Corporate Trainings: Refunds depend on contractual terms agreed upon.
